    Oil from the microalgae Schizochytrium sp, calcium carbonate (calcium), choline bicinate (choline), bulking agent: cellulose, capsule (glazing agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), magnesium oxide (magnesium), fenugreek seed extract (Trigonella foenum-graecum L. ), iron (II) fumarate (iron), DL-alpha tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E), cholecalciferol (vitamin D), extract of the flower of erect marshmallow (Tagetes erecta L. ), retinyl acetate (vitamin A), pyridoxal 5'-phosphate (vitamin B6), calcium L-methylfolate (folic acid), potassium iodide (iodine), methylcobalamin (vitamin B12).

    Suggested use:

    1 capsule three times a day, after a meal, drinking water. The product is intended for lactating women. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.
