    Method of use:

    Take 3 capsules twice daily or as directed by your doctor or health care professional.

    Contraindications:

    Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients of the preparation. During pregnancy and lactation, consult your doctor or pharmacist before use.

    Supplementation with 5-methyltetrahydrofolate (5-MTHF) is not recommended concurrently with anticancer therapy with methotrexate, as it may interfere with the anticancer effect of methotrexate; however, this source of folic acid has not been shown to interfere with the anti-inflammatory effect of methotrexate. People taking methotrexate for psoriasis or rheumatoid arthritis can safely take a supplement containing folic acid.
