Nanga Cretan rockrose is a dietary supplement in the form of a 1:1 herbal tincture. It contains extract from the leaves of Cretan rockrose (Cistus creticus) – a plant native to the Mediterranean basin, traditionally used in southern European countries. Take 15 drops up to 3 times a day diluted in water.

Cretan rockrose leaf, certified 95% ethyl alcohol, vegetable glycerine, distilled water.
The alcohol content of the tincture is 60%.

Suggested use:

1 dropperful up to three times a day or as directed by a herbalist, phytotherapist or naturopath. Dilute the dose in a small amount of water.
1 measuring cup (pipette scoop) is 15 drops of tincture. 30 drops are contained in 1 ml.
