Olimp ZMA is a classic combination of zinc, magnesium and vitamin B6, featuring patented forms of zinc (L-OptiZinc, L-aspartate) and magnesium citrate. Each capsule provides 10 mg of zinc, 150 mg of magnesium and 3.5 mg of vitamin B6. Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood. Magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Manufactured in Poland.

Suggested use:

Recommended daily dose: 1 capsule 30–60 minutes before bedtime. Alternatively: 3 capsules daily for men, 2 capsules daily for women, 30–60 minutes before bedtime.
