Ingredients:

Instant coffee, lion's mane mushrooms, natural flavouring, MCT oil, acacia fibre.

How to use:

Pour one tablespoon of coffee into a cup (200 ml). Pour water at a temperature of approx. 95°C. Stir thoroughly.

The brewing temperature should be approximately 90 - 95 °C, to achieve this wait 2-3 minutes after boiling the water.

To preserve all the nutritional value of your coffee, brew for 3-4 minutes.
