Formeds Female Formula Belly Bloat Relief is a food supplement for women that combines the enzyme alpha-galactosidase with extracts of citrus fruit, ginger, chamomile and peppermint. The daily serving of 2 capsules provides 300 GALU of alpha-galactosidase and 400 mg of hesperidin in 500 mg of citrus extract, together with 150 mg of ginger extract, 200 mg of chamomile extract and 100 mg of peppermint extract. The formula contains no inulin or added fiber, and the capsule shell is made of pullulan. Take once a day with a meal, regularly, regardless of the phase of the menstrual cycle.

Ingredients

sweet orange (Citrus sinensis (L.) Osbeck) and grapefruit (Citrus paradisi Macfad.) fruit extract, chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla L.) flower extract, ginger (Zingiber officinale Roscoe) rhizome extract, peppermint (Mentha x piperita L.) leaf extract [dry peppermint extract, peppermint essential oil], alpha-galactosidase; capsule shell: pullulan.

Directions for use

Take 2 capsules once a day with a meal. It can be taken at any time of day: morning, noon or evening. Use regularly every day, regardless of the phase of the menstrual cycle.
