Highly bioavailable and active forms

PRENACAPS MULTI 1 contains highly bioavailable and active forms of the ingredients including zinc citrate, methylcobalamin and Quatrefolic® (with high bioavailability proven by studies). Studies have shown that Quatrefolic® achieved more than 3 times higher maximum concentrations of the active ingredient at 1 h after administration compared to folic acid and more than 9 times higher total bioavailability of the active ingredient compared to folic acid. In addition, Quatrefolic® achieved more than 10% higher maximum concentration of the active substance after administration compared to another active form, calcium L-methylfolate.

600 mg DHA and 120 mg EPA

PRENACAPS DHA contains 600 mg DHA and 120 mg EPA extracted from anchovis fish oil. Product tested for heavy metal content

The team of the Polish Gynaecological Society recommends consumption of min. 600 mg of DHA by pregnant and lactating women. It also recommends that the source of fishy DHA should be small fish.
