    Suggested use:

    Vigorously mix 1 to 2 level teaspoons of powder with at least 1.5 glasses (355 ml) of water or juice and consume immediately, once a day.
    While using this product, drink an additional 1-2 glasses of water per day.
    Start with smaller amounts and gradually increase the amount consumed to 1 teaspoon per day within 1-2 weeks.
